Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and chk88 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the chk88 website at chk88.org and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers operated under the chk88 brand.

By accessing chk88, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements apply to all players wishing to register and use chk88. The platform performs eligibility checks at the time of registration and reserves the right to verify eligibility at any subsequent point during a player's account lifetime.

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. chk88 strictly prohibits use by minors. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
2. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active chk88 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3. Accurate information: All registration information must be truthful and complete. Players must maintain up-to-date contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
4. Not self-excluded: Players whose active self-exclusion period is in effect are not eligible to register or maintain an account on chk88.

chk88 reserves the right to decline registration or close any existing account where eligibility requirements are not met, without being required to provide a reason. Any balance in a closed account due to eligibility breach may be retained by chk88 pending investigation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on chk88 are conducted in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) using the local and international payment methods available on the platform. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity.

1. Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are credited upon confirmation from the payment provider.
2. Withdrawal processing: Requests are typically processed within 24-72 hours, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. chk88 may request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
3. Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, to prevent money laundering.
4. Fraudulent transactions: Any deposit that is subsequently reversed, charged back, or identified as fraudulent will result in immediate account suspension. chk88 reserves the right to recover any winnings generated using fraudulently obtained funds.
5. Currency: All transactions are in Bangladeshi taka. No conversion fees apply to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay transactions. International card transactions via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to fees from the card issuer.

chk88 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing that arise from payment provider systems, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa or Mastercard network downtime or processing delays. Contact the relevant payment provider directly in such cases.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on chk88. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with games or the platform in a way not intended by chk88.
2. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
3. Engaging in collusion with other players, match fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud the platform or other players.
4. Money laundering, or using chk88 as a conduit for processing funds obtained through illegal activity. chk88 reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5. Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at chk88 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

chk88 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending manual review. chk88 cooperates with law enforcement and payment processors in investigations of suspected illegal activity.

7. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

chk88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, chk88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. chk88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, chk88's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

chk88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including games, payment methods, promotions, or the entire service, at any time and without prior notice. chk88 will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
